Shipping Policy

When We Ship Subscription boxes ship once per month. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your box has been dispatched.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS. Delivery times vary by location but typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Address Changes If you need to update your shipping address, please do so through your account management page before your next billing date. We cannot redirect packages once they have shipped.

Lost or Missing Packages If your package has not arrived within 14 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us via our Contact page. We will work with USPS to locate your package. Note that we are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages If your box arrives damaged, please contact us via our Contact page within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will do our best to make it right.

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only.
