Frugit's Dispatch — Subscription Policy

Recurring Billing By purchasing a Frugit's Dispatch subscription, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method. Your subscription will automatically renew each billing period until cancelled.

Cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and visiting the subscription management page. Cancellations must be completed before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. If your billing date has already passed, your cancellation will take effect the following month and you will receive that month's box.

No Refunds on Shipped Packs All subscription packs are non-refundable and non-returnable once shipped. We do not issue refunds for boxes that have already been fulfilled and sent, including charges that processed before a cancellation was submitted.

Damaged or Defective Items If your box arrives damaged, please contact us at via our contact page within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will do our best to make it right on a case-by-case basis.

Lost or Missing Packages If your package has not arrived within 14 days of your shipping notification, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Pricing Changes We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with advance notice. Any price changes will be communicated before your next billing cycle.

All CD sales are final. Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
