How do I manage my subscription?

Log into your account and use the navigation bar to manage your subscription. Frugit has made this as simple as possible, which is more than he can say for most things. Need help? Email info@frugit.com and we'll get back to you within one business day.

Can I buy multiple subscriptions?

Yes. Frugit has enough to say for everyone.

For different people: Check out separately for each subscription. Use your own email but enter the recipient's shipping address.

For yourself: Add multiple subscriptions to your cart and check out at once. No judgment. More dispatches is more dispatches.

When does my dispatch ship?

The dispatch goes out at the tail end of the month you ordered — sometimes the first couple days of the following month. Frugit ships everything in one big batch. He is efficient when he wants to be. All orders ship via stamped envelope, so there is no tracking. It is in the mail. It is on its way. Trust the process.

My dispatch never arrived?

Check the expected ship window above first. If it has been more than three weeks since your dispatch should have shipped and nothing has shown up, email info@frugit.com with your order number and we will figure out what happened and make it right.

What is your refund policy?

All subscriptions are final. Frugit put a lot of himself into these and stands behind every dispatch. If something arrives damaged, email info@frugit.com within 21 days of receiving it and we will make it right. You can cancel at any time to avoid future charges, but past charges are non-refundable.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel at any time. Frugit will be fine. Probably.

Log into your account and click "Manage Subscriptions," or email us at info@frugit.com and we will handle it. Cancellations take effect for future billing cycles. No refunds for the current month once it has been processed.

When will I be charged each month?

You will be charged on the same date you originally signed up, every month going forward.

For example: Sign up on the 8th, get charged on the 8th. Every month. Like clockwork. Unlike Frugit.
