Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing & Fulfilment

Made-to-order production — Every item is printed once you place an order. Frugit does not keep a warehouse. He keeps a nap schedule. Average fulfillment is 2–5 business days; during peak periods this may extend to 7–10 business days.

30-day FTC compliance — If production is ever expected to exceed 30 days, we will email you with the option to approve the delay or cancel for a full refund.

Split shipments — Items may ship from multiple facilities. You might receive more than one package and tracking number at no extra cost. Surprises, but the good kind.

Eco-friendly packaging — Whenever possible we use recyclable, post-consumer-material mailers.

2. Shipping Speeds

Destination: USA
Carriers: USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground
Estimated transit: 3–5 business days

PO Boxes & APO/FPO — We can ship to PO Boxes and U.S. military addresses via USPS only. Please select a USPS-based rate at checkout.

Transit time begins once the parcel is handed to the carrier and excludes the 2–5 day production window.

3. Shipping Rates

Live rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel weight, and the carrier's real-time fees. Multi-item orders are automatically combined where possible to keep shipping costs low.

4. Tracking Your Order

Tracking numbers activate within 24–48 hours of carrier pickup. You can track your order at the link in your shipment confirmation email or on our Track My Order page.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

Lost in transit — If tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, email info@frugit.com and we'll file a carrier claim and send a free replacement or issue a refund. Our liability is limited to the merchandise value of your order.

Address issues — Parcels returned due to an invalid or incomplete address can be reshipped. We will invoice you for the second shipment. Frugit shipped it correctly the first time.

Force-majeure delays — Weather events or carrier network disruptions may extend delivery windows. This is not Frugit's fault. He checked.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because items enter production quickly, address or item changes are only guaranteed if requested within 12 hours of purchase. Act fast. Frugit does not.
